Tails, I think you have to have some "official" media for your costume -- promotional stuff, artbooks, manga covers etc. Though don't quote me on this.

I'd only lean towards Chii because I'm making my little cousin her first cosplay, Sailor Moon, & it'd be cheaper for her if I paid for half the wig (SO LONG!) & used it for a cosplay too, like Chii ^^

@Azeria- I love it too! Just noticed it's called Chii's 'butterfly' dress. I'd love to get an epic photo on the street lamp! Or maybe I'll settle for something safer. ^^

If I were you I'd stick with Maria, sounds like you really want to cosplay her! I think you'd make a great Maria too, & I'm not just saying that.
