It's the fabric store just up from the Number 1 Shoe warehouse. I believe it's for this week only, but pretty much EVERYTHING is half price.
They've got all the usual dress materials but no felt (that I could find) or solid coloured polar fleece, but hey, things are half price. You can't argue with that. (Velvet and fake furs are about $8-10 a metre, there's suiting for $5, net is something like $2 a metre...)

(plus I can see if I can find the Fai boots I want at Number One Shoes there.... damn me not noticing the perfect boots until we only had size 6s & 7s DX *is a 9*)

I can't remember if they're still open or not but it's certainly worth a look.

It's a whole lot less snobby than Evans' in my opinion.

Yeah, it's pretty easy to find. About one block across from Queensgate heading towards Cash Converters and where the old Hoyts Cinema used to be. Razz

Maybe 600meters south of where Evans's is?
