Looking for flatmates in chch

Hey guys!
So Ze-Pervy-Kappa (and Hyde), Cyren VK and I are going flatting in mid-January, and we need one more flatmate!~
Is anyone keen?
rules:
-you need to be working, or otherwise able to keep up with rent.
-we're looking for someone down-to-earth, we really don't want drama in the house.
-no parties all the time, and if you want one, please check with the other flatmates first.
-pets; we're kind of up in the air about this at the moment. ><;; I have a 3yr male cat, but he practically lives under my bed (is antisocial), we're just not sure if we want any more animals along with him ^^;;
-rooms we dont mind about, but if you make a mess in the living areas of the house CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. Smile

The rest we will have to all discuss once;
A: We find somebody~ and
B: We find a place~ ^^

My boyfriend is probably looking to flat down here, starting sometime after this school year ends.

He'd be on the student allowance, he's not one for drama or parties, and he doesn't have any pets.

He just comes along with a Kelz visiting. 8D

I may been keen..... I'm hopefully getting a full time job this year so I'll be able to pay and stuff

And I'd want to bring a kitten with me. That ok?? puppyeyes

I'm not one for parties
I like pets but don't have one of my own
I'm good at cleaning
I don't want any drama either I just want to live with a great group of people (which is you guys)
and I am ready to flat as soon as possible

Here's something i wrote a while back you might find useful if you don't already know the bits. Might help with setting the flat up so noone gets left out of pocket if someone suddenly says they can't affort a bill. ;p

Hey it looks like you guys are getting heaps of flatmates which is a good thing :)

Isn't really in the best mind/physical set at the moment to go flatting but might head around one day and drop off a basket of chocolates to wish you guys luck in your new flatting place..
