Taste of Japan 09

Hi Guys this is an event happening on the 19th of SEPTEMBER at the ASB SHOWGROUNDS from 10am to 4pm (i think)

obviously the website needs major updating but it'll give you some information behind the people organizing it

cosplay is optional

i am a volunteer this year 8D as are some of my friends 83 but yes cosplay is definately an option XDDD with lots of japanese food 8DD

even if not in cosplay definately keep this date open and come and get some foods

also if i remember right entry is free 83

i will have more information next wednesday <3

~~Eh? Is this the annual Japan Day that is usually held right before Nov exams? D:???? /confuzzled~~

EDIT: NVM I found their website and apparently they weren't able to get hold of the venue this year so....

umm its definately this year ... i think they made a mistake on the website ... ... ...

my friend is a council member of NZJS and a senior one at that i would think he would know if Taste of Japan is cancelled this year or not

its definately being held but i will inform him that there is an error on the website

Opps, sorry if I weren't clear, but that Feb one is for Japan Day. ^_^;;

I mistook Taste of Japan for Japan Day - and thus went to search for when Japan Day was being held.

But yes, I finish my mock exams that week and might be able to go. Very Happy

It's an hour down to hamilton and an hour back
so to pick you up(and get you back) the average aucklander would have to travel for 4 hours (2 down to hamilton and 2 back)
