Ok guys you all said you wanted another sewing meet, well here it is!

When: Saturday the 29th of August, 1pm
Where: My place (will PM everyone closer to the time so no-one misplaces/deletes it).

I will not have my own things to do, so I can help those who need/want it cheers - but I cannot fully devote myself to any one person - it'll make it unfair on the rest. A mixture of experienced sewers and newbies are welcome! Especially those who are experienced that don't mind helping out the newbies for some of the time! chuu~! Those who have sewing machines please, please, please bring them - I know from the last 2 meets that there are never enough to go around. I'm also hoping that you wont all be starting from scratch, a mixture would be great as I can point out to the newbies/less experienced sewers some of the techniques (like putting sleeves in). Anyone interested and those who can bring a machine let me know.

awwww, that sucks! Wish you could both come! But as I'm rostered to work weekends I can only change it to the 12th of september but that's only a week from my party and I think some of those coming would like more time then a week...

Yay I am coming to this so confirm me please! Very Happy I am so glad that my little rant helped to prompt this, at least I would like to think so anyway because we all needed this. nodnod I'll try to be a little more organized this time around. Still a newbie to all this and I will need help with patterns having never worked with them myself but I will try my best. sweatdrop To the people who are bringing patterns, you rock! thumbsup

Yeah, we're still going to have sewing meets but work, school, uni and other events make things difficult! I will not have time to create something new for the Xmas party so I'll just be re-using Rainbow Brite. :)

Just giving this a little bumb and reminder that it's next weekend! So please have everything you need for sewing ready and bring it with you. Also since I'm helping Static with her photo shoot (I'm going to be a model!) I might be a little late getting back from where ever so if you guys are waiting I'm sorry - maybe just come a little later? Like just past 1?

Nope, no shopping! I'm doing that this weekend. It's too much work to help people and try and get organised for fabric shopping as well!! Best get everything organised on the friday just to be sure you don't miss anything.
