OMGHELPPLZ? Fuuta's Book from Reborn

Okay, so on Sunday for Auckgeddon i'm cosplaying as Fuuta, and I since I doubt i'll be recognized without the book, any tips on how to make it? I want to make it a little bit sturdier then cardboard, and i'm considering making it pillow-y for conveince, but I want it to be as realistic as possible.

depends how big you want to make it.
i know some people back home who just got a hardcover file as big as they could and covered the cover.

also some people used like... those A3 paper (or bigger) sketchbooks? back home they're called artblocks, idk what you guys call it here D8 back home some come with pretty sturdy covers, as well.
again, just cover the cover, and hey, you get free bonus paper to draw in with inside lmfao

I really want to make it hollow though, so I can store stuff in it, then again, that might not be too wise. An art book.. hmm.....

uh, if you can find a huge, thick book, there are instructions on how to cut the pages out to make a hollow for you to store things in but lol. ;; uh. expensive would be expensive...

you could probably do that with art blocks though, like stick five of them together for thickness before you hollow the centre out.

ETA; the art blocks i find here generally have one floppy cover and one stiff cover. you could stick them together so the stiff covers of the two outside blocks are facing outward. (:

Back a long time ago, my bro bought a PC game that came packaged as a book.

It was like one of those hollow books... You could buy really really hard and sturdy cardboard, cut, paste and paint it yourself to make a hollow book. The structure shouldn't be too hard, :)
