hi there

new to this sort of thing but need help translating or if some one knows of a good (free) program i can use to translate japanese to english hehe http://blog.livedoor.jp/jiro_428/ im in the process of trying to create a simplar or better working raiden head gear from MGS4 e.g fully functional retractable solid eye patches using mini motors i can kinda follow the layouts of the design but i really want to know what type of epoxy cement/resin they used hehe any would be great hopefully finish before CHCHggedon 2010
