So I posted a couple days ago about a cosplay exhibition by Chinese artist Cao Fei being held later in the year at The New Dowse, and thanks to not reading the email properly (while I was sewing a million different things and nursing a burnt finger) I missed this bit here:

"Auckland's Artspace are hosting a "an interactive, real-world, social Cosplay where aficionados and first-timers alike can present and explore their alter-egos" in conjunction with the show."

So, guys - no set dates yet, but it will be late september through to January in welly, I'm assuming the dates will be similar up your way. Keep an eye/ear out! And show more interest than the Wellingtonians plz...stare

And I never knew she was into cosplayers, just Second Life. D: I just saw a documentary she did about Second Life at some point.
