Platform boots

Can anyone please tell me where I could get black platform boots in Christchurch? I'd want them without heels if possible, like the male types. I've tried searching Number 1 shoe warehouse and Dawsons but all I found were just wussy high-heeled ones that are not even tall enough T.T

Hopefully thick soles, with plain designs?

Hey Soon Yie, if you're looking for platforms like when-the-Spice-Girls-were-cool platforms, I have some black platform shoes. They're not boots, but if you can't find what you're looking for at a store you might be able to make something to put on top of them to make them look like boots? (I assume this is for a cosplay?) I can't remember how high they are exactly (they're pretty decent though) as they're at my fathers house in a box in the cupboard ^_^'.

Let me know if you're interested I can bring them to a cosplay event in the future (or just send you some pictures)
