DO organisers contact

| So guys - I need to get permission from DO and the Hyatt before I shoot for my research project. And I cannot find any contact details on the site. This could be because I'm incredibly tired, or possibly because I am retarded. I can't tell any more. Please help. Am I missing the details completely, or are they not there - and if they aren't, any suggestions on how to go about getting them?
P.S - if you've spoken to the organisers, are they nice? I really, REALLY hate getting permission from organisations rather than individuals - it frightens me. Deeply. HELP PLEASE!
