Some tips if you're accepting cash only - I took business studies in yr 11, and we had a trade fair thing...

Have two places for money. One for the float, where you use to give out change and place recently received payments, and another to put out of sight in a secure place. This second bag would be where you would stash most of your cash, adding more when your float reaches a certain amount. So, in case something happens, you're dividing your money up into two place which reduces the chance/impact of something horrible happening if it does happen. :)
You can even have several other 'stash bags' if you're fine with making things more complicated lol.

This means that I'll have to withdraw lots of cash on the day. 8D
