Its bout half the size of the lounge, with a kitchen (not a GREAT kitchen so dont plan anything major in it)

unforuntily its a LONG room but could be handy depending on whats its being used for.

It there are less than 10 people, hub is better than the lounge (doesnt feel so small) any more than 20 and you may wanna rethink using the hub.

I know. I love Black Cat as well but theres heaps happening round October and it's best for people to have a break from events. Especially before auckgeddon
