There are a couple of icons at the top of the posting box, one has a chain link look to it. They allow you to upload pictures

you can upload a picture straight onto here >_>

just above the box (which you type your post in) is some buttons.
Bold, italics, underlined, quote, code, HOST AN IMAGE,
see what i mean?

click on the 'host an image' button (6 along) and make sure its on 'file'
click browse and look for it.
once you've found it, click 'host it' (at the bottom)

then it'll upload and it will have 3 different types of picture format.
Copy the 'image' one (the one in the middle) and then reclick the 'host an image' button to get rid of the box-thing
and paste the image code-ness
