I'm guessing the four-lettered F word, but if I yell physics all I get is like
"FIZZYSFIZZYSFIZZYSFIZZYS"
... which made my homestay mom lol at me and ask what I was doing >_>

XD Well, the way I see it, the f-word is bad, and so is science - and they sound kinda similar, so they make perfect swear filter buddies. *actually says physics in real life instead of the f word unless she's really pissed*

XD It's usually "Gawh, physics" (translation: "I just realised I left something at home"), "Argh, physics!" ("I am frustrated with this but not enough to warrant actual swearing") "physics physics physics physics (etc.)" ("Oh dear, I am in a sticky situation and need to fix it fast"), "PHYSICS!" ("I just forgot what number I was up to" (whilst doing cash up at work)), or something along those lines.

...do people really not like swearing? I find it quite satisfying...maybe not too loud in public, but there's just something about the (unfiltered XD) word ' physics ' that makes one feel good. Particularly after stubbing one's toe, or dropping oneself onto one's own head.

Or is this just me? I like getting creative with the word too Very Happy

EDIT: OH HOLY jinkies! If you put apostrophes around the word it doesn't filter it! Changed to get in line with the rules, lulz..

Theres something about the hard constanant at the end of F that makes it sound soo good. I have taken to using it instead of the word umm and watched in amzement as people expected me to have a mental illness and treating me with creepy kindness. Awesome

Mmm. I kinda lost my enthusiasm for vehement displays of foul language last week when my bus driver got done for speeding - it was incredible. And by incredible I mean horrible. Definitely gonna have to watch my mouth after witnessing that, but creative cussing is definitely still a hobby in certain company XD

lol the quickest way to get in jinkies with the law is to give the police officer an ear full but to idiots who either take the piss out of the big 4 (anime,Manga,Cosplay and gaming) or are just being pig headed there is nothing better than a quiver full of verbal abuse to fling in their direction and the weirder and more personal the better!

Lol! I'm quite fond of insulting people's mothers and the Lord Jesus Christ. I was once complimented on my blasphemy, so I figure, why give it up?

...should also probably note I am not christian, but i do it anyway.

yep being free thinking agnostic I find it quite amusing to see the reactions on some of the faces of the zealots as you say something that doesnt quite fit their belifs such as what if adam and eve were monkeys?? and then they evolved into humans or i dont actually think any thing in the bible actually happened its just a booj that teaches some lessons like a maths book and they dont quite know what to say.

But Racial slurs and sexist comments are generally my forte I use racial slurs for every one Including santa (i used to call him a christmas cracker as a kid....) and sexist comments for both men and women Im not racist i just think its more fun to hate everyone!

I don't really mind swearing too much but there are some words (and you can guess what word it is by the filter ;) ) like bits and bobs which I do believe shouldn't be used (god I hate that word) (hint: it starts with a 'c', and if I do say so myself, my filter choice was clever in the way that it's not offensive at all, but could still vaguely resemble what the original word was). Swear filter on physics is mostly due to younger forums members, plus it makes me giggle. What can I say, swear filters are fun. xP

And as long as no offence is intended and they're between friends, I find racist/sexist jokes hilarious. Blasphemy is great, your mom/your mother and your face jokes are lame and awesome at the same time.

I quite like the c word - I use it a LOT as a joke amongst mates. However if smebody called me that and meant it as an insult, I'd be on that beautiful and wonderful person like white on rice, kickin' ass and takin' names.

It's funny - the word for promiscuous women what starts with 's' has never been in my vocab, ever. I got called it once by some crazy lady who nearly ra me over, and I was so surprised I couldn't even yell back - it was so random!

(and yes, it is a very clever choice on the wordfilter, lol)

>Very Happy Wai thank yoo.

Ionno - I find it really... 'dirty'? Disgusting? Like, actually saying it leaves a foul taste in my mouth. Maybe I'm weird, I don't know. xP

Actually, a lot of it might be memory association - about the third or fourth time in my life I'd actually heard the word was whilst waiting for the bus at the bus stop outside my old primary school. These two kids were sitting there, trying to squish ants with a stick, and one of them said "come here you little bits and bobs ". These kids looked about 6 or 7 - I was with a friend at the time and we just gaped at each other - neither of us had even heard the word till we were at least 12, let alone used it. Maybe that's why I don't like it so much.

Funny you say that - for me it's been a part of my vocab since intermediate (7 years) and I only ever really have a problem with it if it's directed at me, because I'm most definitely not. I don't mind being called something I am - call me a crazy assed beautiful and wonderful person physics and I'll probably be as pissed as the next guy, but I won't be truly offended unless it's something that I couldn't possibly be considered as being. {/ramble}

My mum doesn't mind me swearing, but she incredibly angry when I say 'jesus'. It's actually scary.

Using rasist jokes at friends is hilarious. I have asian friends and a Canadian friend, so our, "WELL YOU'RE ASIAN/CANADIAN" jokes never fail to amuse us.

Your mom/face jokes are great too. I use them all the time.

For me, I don't mind swearing if it's aimed at an object (or when you stub your toe, etc), but I don't like it when it's directed at a person.

My family comes from a strict Christian background on both sides, even though we're not Christian ourselves, so there was no swearing or saying the Lords name in vain in my house growing up ^^;
My siblings still have a swear jar hahaha

I only really swear when I'm really pissed off or when I'm drunk XDDD
