If you didn't care about complete accuracy you could look for knee-high chucks of that colour and adjust them..

Knee-high chuck taylors would probably be the way to go then :3

You can buy knee high chucks perfect for Yuffie from eBay. I want them.

Or if you want closer to home, Tradme has knee high chucks that are white that you can paint or something.
