I AGREE WITH THE DAVID BOWIE THING - and at least one of those songs has to be "Dance magia dance" or whatever its called from Labyrinth.

Also, all the usual cosplay ones - Caramelldansen, Hare Hare Yukai, Mottekke Sailor Fuku, Tunak Tun etc.

I love you Cloud :) I would really apreciate if you could ring up. Blame NCEA and I'm trying to organise what to do with food and music and afew other things :S RAWR!!! not fun.

A few people have offered to volunteer and help Ollithia so don't worry you're not on your own to plan this. If you dont want to manage everything on your own ask someone to volunteer to organise a particular part (ie get music etc)

Food: don't balls usually have junk and snack food? You coud do what we normal do for club events, ask everyone to bring a little something.
Or ask everyone for around $5 and go out buy food.

Music: Are you still getting a live band? =3 ... I could also play a few songs maybe~
Aside from that just get some cds of music people have requested, and anime music mwhahah can't go wrong with that.
What about some fun musics hehehe, hokey pokey, Can-can Macarena? Birdie Dance =P

Photos: If everyones going to wear/make formal costumes, we need some photos. Could hire a photographer, or just use Nazgul XD
I can bring the blue screen again so we could create some nice backgrounds, or we could just use a black back drop or something.

For a date: Junes to close, July's pretty full, could do first weekend in Aug? (I dont know when exams are however?) Its far away but gives plenty of time to organise.

another thing that is available to you is lighting. I have a friend who can get equipment really cheap, so if you're wanting something a bit more special then thats another thing available
(it will mean we'll have to charge for tickets, tho last time we got lots of equipment for $160 so you just need 16 people to pay $10 to cover costs)
