Can you get coloured vision contacts?

| I need advice!
My friend wears contacts everyday, but wants to wear red ones for a cosplay, so does anyone know if you can get coloured contacts that are also vision contacts?

I need glasses///contacts to but the colored ones are deaaaaarrrrr.
