help need to make a namine costume

hi im quelli . i cosplay namine but at the moment i dont have a costume .
i usually just go casual but i want to go to geddon next year and have a proper costume
right now its just a long white skirt and a white turtle neck top (its my WINTER costume )
i was wonder ing how do you make a namine costume

well being a good friend of hers, basically she has a dress but she needs to bleach it becuase its light gray, alter the straps and add the lace dteail across the bottom~

Bleach can be tricky. If you dont do it right, or its the wrong kind of fabric, it doesn't always come out plain white. Test with a bit you can't see from the outside or a bit you're chopping off. Like maybe the straps?
Head to somewhere like Evan's, Arthur Toye or Spotlight. They have ooooodles of types of lace. You're bound to find one that matches, then just sew it on.

I know this has a solved tag on it - but don't use bleach. Use dygon - it's a dye stripping product made by dylon and it strips as much of the existing dye as possible without being blotchy or yellowy like bleach does. :)
