Two Birthday Parties =D

We are going to be 1 year old in May!

So!
To celebrate, we’re gonna have a biiiiiiiiiig birthday party! The party is going to be even bigger and more special because we also will be celebrating Omni L Sama's 21st birthday as well!

The Plan:
Party starts at 6pm, ends at 11.
We’ll be playing same games, have some prizes and have a slideshow of random photos from the events we’ve had in the year!

When:
May 15th Friday evening

Where:
Its going to be held at the Church hall on the Corner Oxford Terrace and Madras Street.

What to bring:
~ Yourself in cosplay xD (you dont have to cosplay =3)
~ Food, if everyone can bring one plate to share – snack/party food stuff preferably.
(so make sure you have dinner at home first XD)
~ a small $2-5 wrapped gift for the Present game!

Rules
No alcohol and/or drugs
Becareful with each others cosplay and props (some have broken in the past)
Cosplay is never compulsary, but it is more fun =P

Events:
Things we can/will be doing~
~ BIG Pass the Parcel (you remember at the first picnic …? Yeah, THAT.)
~ The Present game!
~ Photoshoots: individual, group, themed, random and green screen.
~ Mummy game
~ Random games, chocobo chocobo moogle, concentration etc
~ Battle ships
~ Glow Stick Rave
~ Sticker chase (I forgot what Will called it)
~ Past Club Event Movie (basically all the videos we can find from people who have taped events the club has had in the past year!)
~ Sign the club banner! (The banner will be bought to each meetup)
~ Random dances
~ Whose line is it anyway
~ Battle Game, Struggle match?
~ Chocolate Game =D (mmmm chocolate)
~ Lollie scramble!
~ SCATTER RUN
~ More? If you have ideas, suggest! Suggest more things we can do! =D

~ Do we have a volunteer to make a couple of birthdays cake? One for the club, and one for Omni L Sama =D Thanks Mandie for volunteering
~ Does anyone have a data projector we can borrow to hook a laptop in to play movies/the photo slideshow? Thanks again Mandie ^^
