Vintage pattern finding... halp!

So, I'm very taken with the Vampire Knight Girls uniform, and I'm currently flirting with the idea of making one just for fun. Though the jacket looks quite difficult, much searching has produced this pattern, which looks good as minimal alterations are needed, apart from the collar and some pleats in the sides.
Problem is, its OLD, like 70's old, and I can't find it anywhere >.>

Any suggestions?

Ummm...I have a lot (like, a LOT) of 60s and 70s patterns that my mum nd grandmother have collected over the years - I don't have that one, but I'll have a look next time I'm up there for anything similar. I'll take some photos and make a tracing if I find anything you like :) When do you want it by?
