Actually, I think it was something like -30 before the lovely mods placed a cap on the number of votes you could make daily...

We knew Kitten was man enough to handle the jandal of negative karma, but we feared that someone might decide to play the negative karma game with someone less sporting, so we thought it best to kill it off. Razz

Yeah, I realise that xDD. It's a good thing to keep negative karma off (unless you're Kitten xDD;; But I very much doubt you can excuse one person form negative karma and keep it on everyone else - yeah, I think that was worded badly, and the oposit of what I meant. Yeah was quite worried about Kitten and all the negative Karma..

That was why one of the reasons on why spoke up, also wasn't sure if you guys were just joking around with Kitten or being serious..

But was joking, still didn't want that to happen to another person..

So negative Karma is blocked ? Or you can still cast people the negative ?

If you can it's okay, because know now that it's alright..

Know now that the Karma system isn't so bad after all, and you can see what you are doing right or wrong, which you can't in real life unless somebody tries to kill you...

Lmao. It's Kitten, of course people would mess with him. (Plus I reckon he'd think his humongous negative karma count was probably something to showcase rather than be embarrassed about-- it's Kitten, after all.)

You can still cast negative karma, but it only gives zero points (+0) rather than subtracting one (-1).

In my defense, and also by way of explanation to Kitten, I gave him negative karma alllll the time because I thought it was funny - having a massively negative karma seemed fitting; it was never meant to hurt. I don't think of the negatives as being mean anyway, more like an 'OI! KNOCK IT OFF.' Or, a 'NO U'. Or sometimes even a 'TAKE ME NOW'. But I cannot comfirm or deny that last one, I think Jp did it once Razz

Also re: infamy...
It's like the fame in Maplestory, kinda. People trade fame on that game (I give you +1 fame, you give me +1 back), and while most people give and collect positive fame points, some players deliberately get people to defame them just to get massive negative fame. Just for the hell of it.
