I had my Keyblade stolen.

PS: I know its a long shot but any info regarding its dissaperance would be very greatfully recieved.

I agree that their system is very crappy. They should use name tags + id, or like a number that they give you :/

I doubt any of us know who it was that took the keyblade :/

Yeah, the lack of any kind of coatcheck is a big shame - they did at Chch, which was amazing, but that was unfortunately a venue thing...I'm so sorry Rei, that really sucks. sad

My Winry headscarf fell off while I was playing laser tag and they wouldn't let me go in and get it... But someone found it and put it on the table when I came back. Phew. I love that headscarf. <3

Shame about the keyblade. Especially hurts when it's a prop you've put some work into... >_<

It sucks about your keyblade but i hav a little bit of info, I saw an 17-20yr old caucasian male playing with a keyblade that looked oddly like yours in the foyer at about 2:30-2:45, sorry but that is all the info I have.

Thinking about making another one but really.... it's a bit daunting starting from scratch :/ Any info on where I could get a 3'' dowel rod that doesn't cost $30? The system of us all giving a half hour to guard the stuff sounds good... it'll be a break from the hurly-burly of the con :)

Dowel SHOULD be pretty cheap - as mentioned above, hardware stores like Mitre 10, Bunnings, and Hammer Hardware would work. Otherwise, you can look in emporiums. There's one up the road from my place which sells it, and I could send one down to you, but I don't know how well it'd survive me posting it down to you - it would probably come out the other side in several pieces. n_n;

-shrugs- I do think the "beautiful and wonderful person" should be changed. This one is amusing because it allows everyone to get their point across that the person is an @$$hole in a creative way, wheras that one blatantly stops someone from venting their feelings.

I'll check the emporium that's super-close to my house today. I don't mind paying $15, but I think that $30 is exorbitant :/

I agree that $30 is WAY too much! I might have a chat with the other mods about refining some of the filters, as we have had a couple of complaints recently. :)
