Yeah... my School Ball is coming up in May and I need ot know how to use basic make-up. Can someone teach me? Preferably someone who lives in the Auck area, so we can meet up and be taught on how to use some of it?

There is an option of having someone else more experienced to do your make-up for you. Friends, family, can help you with supplying some makeup or teaching some basics. Or if you're willing to spend the money, you could book an appointment with a make-up artist.

Another option is if you've decided to do the make-up yourself then, a suggestion is to look at tutorials in books from the library or on the internet.
