God, i LOVED those books.
And now there's an anime of it?
Is it released in Eng speaking countries?

Guh - I hated those books. I was completely thrown off them after the first chapter. WAS. SO. BORING.

I only downloaded 2 eps, but I quite enjoyed it. It was a shame it didn't get subbed.

I loved the books too, I thought they were brilliant.

RollEXE has some of the subbed anime and she showed one of the episodes to me. You have to know the story to understand what's going on though... (has never read the books)

The main character apparently doesn't have the right hair colour... I don't remember which hair colour he had in the anime, but apparently it wasn't correct >.<

Lief was supposed to have brown hair, but they changed to blonde because they think it makes him look HAAAAAWT. :O

I found DQ quite fast-paced and exciting! It's like one of those series that you just can't put down. :)

Actually yeah Deltora Quest IS one of those books you were waiting for a TV series of some sort to come out of it.
But a Anime???

I always thought the main characters of Deltora Quest would appear to be like Isaac, Garret and Jenna of Golden Sun because I was playing it at the time I was also reading 0_o

DATS has just released the 11th episode. They get it from DVDs rips imported from Japan so it's costly $$$.
No ugly timestamp. XD

Get it from their IRC, it's faster than direct downloading. Or torrent.

It's not hard. A certain subber releases good quality subs, but they're really slow right now due to the translator or lack of staff working on it. :/
