Wellington Registrations! (e-registrations now closed!)

Now that I am back I have just gone through the emails sent over the weekend. If you haven't received a reply from me (all are individually typed so you know it really has been received- those typos and variations are deliberate.. really...) by 10pm (I haven't quite finished reading the ones I need to ponder a bit) please send it through again. I may not have received your email in the first place!
I will be doing a Spam folder check tonight and tomorrow as well.

As always registrations end tomorrow. I will be responding and setting the automatic response at 11pm again. If you get the automated response then you have missed the deadline, but have a second chance on the Saturday to hand in at the information booth.

As there will be no new forms available I am not closing registrations at midday but at 6pm when I leave the venue that night. I think this is fair as this way people can speak to me in person about forms and get them in if they wish to go hunt out an internet cafe! I have found this weeds out those not serious about entering.

The rules will be available at the hand in. Adele has always had them printed in a folder, but I'm not sure how many people have availed themselves of this in the past :) So Printing them out again seems fair.

Back to it!

Small factoid. The armageddon.cosplay gmail spam folder gets nearly all German spam. It's quite entertaining...

Addn: Yes there were four forms in Spam, I do check and will check again tomorro!

Just take you time then and print it all out to hand in on Saturday :) I've got my own paperwork that I will be tackling a bit each day to make sure it is done on time.. as well as the cosplay entries ;)
Will be downloading them and getting them printed as well to have double copies :)

That's ok so long as you fill in the form fully! There are changes planned for Auckland (as always! ;) t'will be good though) and I am taking the opportunity to make a fill in the blanks form. I am getting not enough finished forms (not from you guys!) If anyone has any input as to what prompts would be a good idea I am open. So far I am going to be looking at asking questions on materials, patterns, tools and techniques. Maybe a question on time frame. But as so much of this is innate to me I'd like to not make any assumptions on understanding of people new (and newish) to costuming.
