Crinoline Tutorial?

Ok, so for Christchurch 'Geddon I'm doing a cosplay that requires a rather massive crinoline~
Crinoline Tutorial? Crinoline_era3

I have all the materials to make it, but don't know how <_<

I have some kind of tubing used for plumbing, but it's perfect for bending into hoops etc.

So does anyone know how to make a crinoline or know of a tutorial? D:

*Please don't link me to cosplay.com threads, I don't have time to navigate through the site and then scroll through 170 paged threads to look for one post saying "U DU IT THIS WAY" and turns out to be not what i'm looking for, unless you link me to a specific tutorial that dosn't take a lot of effort of scrolling through pages, kthx D: *

Hahaha, I need to make it, like this week, i have 3 other costumes to make before next thursday, that's when i leave for christchurch, WAHH D;

Just wing it?
Bend into hoops. make it stay, then attach to waist somehow?
