Try searching the Character on Cosplay.com...some people sometimes have tutorials/links to tutorials on their costume pages...

piping, plastic, and paper meche pretty easy oh and put masking tape over everything plastic so the paper meche sticks to it lol...
also would be a good idea to have nylon(SP) to hold the little crystal thing in place lol umm yeah i suck at helping ppl tonight sorry ><
