King Vegeta

I've been 'commissioned' persay into making a King Vegeta cosplay for my boyfriend for his brothers 21st (which is going to ROCK btw, I've already make a Goku jumpsuit -not for myself >____>) - and I have no idea how to go about it.

I've found ONE saiyan armour tutorial, but that only deals with Prince Vegetas armour AS WELL AS the fact that it uses polystyrene, which frankly, looks tacky.

Any ideas on how I could make it?

Thanks for that. Unfortunately we hardly have access to fibreglass and silicone. D: I've never worked with the stuff before so I don't know.

That second link you gave me was the tutorial I was talking about. It's the one made out of polystyrene that kind of looks delicate and tacky. I suppose we can give it a go though.

Making it with Polystyrene would be kewl, but if he hit something hard enough, it would mean as break...

I was thinking, making it with normal fabric, then ironing loads of Interfacing on it...it might work, but I don't know how well...

Lots of interfacing? Huh. I'll give it a go. He's coming back during Armageddon weekend for three weeks so we can beautiful and wonderful person about how hard it is to make. >D
