for the elimination, you should decide how many people you want in the semifinals etc, then instead of eliminating based on how many they got wrong, only let the top X people through, that way you can control numbers. Just an idea XD

Giving out reg forms is a good way to keep numbers under control. Is also more organised. XD

All I'm proposing is to not use BLEACH or NARUTO or ONE PIECE or DEATH NOTE stuff in the comp, 'cause it's a dead give-away. XD

One fun game I normally like to play is props. Where we have random props and we have to come up with as many ways to use it as possible.
