Uhm, not so much free as undecided and probably lacking time...

If I did make a new cosplay for that day, it'd be of probably Seymour from FFX (most likely not, because I'll have little time left after doing Nero, in all likelihood) or, in the case of hell-I-have-just-enough-time-to-throw-this-together, one of the SOLDIERs from Crisis Core (IE. Angeal or Zack)

Besides, I don't really like Reborn. >> Sorry! ^^;;

i asked jeff *lol i got connections* they havent put the cosplay registration form up yet so we'll have to wait a bit ... i'll ask him again when he comes online =D

Imma try come. In cosplay, too, if I have my gear. Gonna ask to get the cloak for my B-Day. Almost saved enough to get my wig. Though, I dunno when I'm getting my compression shirt. o.o

Maybe I will make the shirt top pri., then the cloak and wig last. I can walk around with my hood up all day. Lol.

X) sorry for not posting sooner.

Stallholder/ Exhibitor Agreement
Amateur Manga Festival ‘Doujin Overload’ Registration Form
Self-Publishing Individual(s) Form

1. Responsibility of Artists
a) While all care is taken, Anime NZ accepts no responsibility for items or goods sent to the
venue, left at the venue or stored at the venue by stallholders/exhibitors.

b) Anime NZ does not accept responsibility for the safety of any items and/or goods left at the venue,
delivered to the venue or collected from the venue in the absence of the stallholders/exhibitors.

c) If items and/or goods are lost and/or damaged, whether the stallholder/exhibitor is present or not,
it remains the stallholder’s responsibility.

d) Standard of artwork : the event is rated M (for mature audiences) in which there will be no
restriction to a certain age of the public attending the event. Artists must take into account
that children 13 years and under may attend the event and therefore must take satisfactory
actions to censor their artwork (e.g placing blocked covered) if their work is too explicit.
Anime NZ reserves the right to remove artwork deemed not suitable for younger audiences.

e) The nature of the Artwork : because of the nature of the event promoted, artwork should
have recognisable Japanese Anime/Manga-style or influences. Stallholders/exhibitors whose
artwork does not fall into this category are advised to consult Anime NZ representatives about
their artwork’s suitability, if they wish it to be included, for this event.
Anime NZ reserves the right to remove artwork deemed not suitable for younger audiences.

f) Copyright : As this Event is the only one of its kind at present in New Zealand, the legal ground
of copyright surrounding parody Doujinshi is entirely unknown. Anime NZ therefore takes no
responsibility whatsoever for the artwork created or displayed by the exhibitors in relation to any
copyright infringement issues surrounding parody Doujinshi artwork. Copyright responsibility
rests solely with the individual artist(s).

g) Stallholders/exhibitors are not permitted to sell merchandise professionally produced by
recognised businesses or companies; nor are they allowed to sell any such merchandise as
their own on behalf of the aforementioned organisations. Such organisations, if they wish to book
a position at the event are advised to register by contacting Anime NZ (contact details provided
on later pages). Anime NZ reserves the right to remove stalls/displays selling professionally made
merchandise registered using this form.

h) Pirated goods and merchandise are not permitted at the event. Anime NZ reserves the right to
remove stallholders and goods from the event if there is any reasonable doubt of the authenticity
of their products.

i) Stallholders/exhibitors are advised only the following list of items are permitted for display and
sale at the event :
Self-published books (manga/artbooks/novels), calendars, postcards, posters, illustrated cards,
paintings, bookmarks and visual graphic novels (aka, VGN, an electronic form of media).
If there are any other items or media stallholders/exhibitors wish to display or sell they need to
consult an authorised representative of Anime NZ for permission before the 27th of May, 2007.
Anime NZ reserves the right to remove stallholders/exhibitors with products or items not on
the above list and to ask said persons to remove such products from their display/exhibition.

2. Damage or Theft to the Venue
a) Please fully inspect your site prior to setup, any damage in your area to either walls, tables
or floors including scratches, rips, tears, graffiti, etc should be pointed out to Anime NZ
representatives prior to setup.
If there is nothing pointed out to Anime NZ representatives, we will take this as confirmation
that the area was undamaged before setup.

b) Any damage of any kind (or theft) that occurs during the event to the venue is the respon-
sibility of the stallholder whose stand is where the damage or loss occurred; repair and/
or replacement, polishing and/or cleaning costs will be passed onto the stallholder to pay.
Payment will be expected within 7 days of notification to the parties involved or penalty
interest of 15% per month will be added to the cost of repair/replacement, polishing and/or
cleaning.

c) Any damage done by a stall or stall holder directly or indirectly to any plant, part of the
venue or fixture in the venue is the responsibility of the stallholder whose stand is where
the damage or loss occurred and repair/ replacement and/or cleaning costs involved in said
damage will be passed onto the stallholder to pay regardless of who caused the damage.
Payment will be expected within 7 days of notification to the parties involved or penalty
interest of 15% per month will be added to the cost of repair/replacement, polishing and/or
cleaning costs.

d) If payment for damages/theft is not forthcoming, the costs and penalties will be sent on
to debt collection and all additional costs, including the cost of debt collection, will be
passed on to the stallholder by default.

3. Miscellaneous Event Protocol
a) The venue is NON-SMOKING at all times and all locations within the building.

b) Strictly NO outside food or drink is allowed within the venue. Food and drink may be
purchased from the Hotel Restaurant/Catering services.

c) Rubbish : Please keep your stand and area as tidy and clean as possible throughtout the
event and place all rubbish in the appropriate bins. Upon pack down, please ensure your
area is left free of rubbish and is tidy.

d) Occupational Safety and Health Regulations :
Anime NZ will not accept responsibility for the stallholder’s injuries to themselves or
others (incl. public). Any ACC or other costs associated with this are entirely the
responsibility of the stallholder/s directly involved to pay.

Please take care and think of your safety and the safety of those around you.
No flames, naked or contained, will be allowed within the Event building, e.g. candles, etc
are strictly prohibited.

btw there although the cosplay event is not a competition in the next few years if they do get a sponser they MAY make it a cosplay competition ... but fweh whatever I don't really mind =3

oh about cosplay thing yeah thats about it when the time comes all that entered the event go on (now im not sure about this) 1 by 1(unless group i guess) and make an unforgetable intro << then something awesome happens
