lolz claire i have a job for you!! XDD being kyoya and all! Could you on the day check off the guest list (i'll be making it on the day your friend (for now >D) confirms XD) and get you to collect money? >D!! Also do you have a clipboard? if you don't, i'll go out and buy one

Mandie, i remembered the other thing i was gonna ask you. The lounge, how many metres of ribbon do you think i need to decorate the entire lounge? Also just wanna confirm about candles/table cloth. Before you suggested coloured squares of cloths it's a real good idea so how many would i need and how big? or could you do that for me (since you know the size of tables and all)

Also guys, i'll be making rose broach kinda things and the rose will be the colour representing your characters =) what do you think? XD

And also, how we're gonna give roses to guests and all, do you think we should get real ones or fake ones? real ones are quite expensive in places, does anyone know where we can get bunches of roses for a reasonable price? (if we go for the real stuff)

Also, angie wants to know if any of you have spare lights because she's going to bring in the green screen so I can edit BG for various pairs and trios and groups to suit their cosplay atmosphere etc and then they can get me to print them off and send to them =)

Lady Phantomhive's given me permission to come in, since I'm not a Ouran host but just a host sorta - I'll be everyones slave so if you want extra hands for anything before or on the night just ask ^^.

For the green screen;
I've got one set of lights (the reading/stage kind, you know ones that sit on a pole?) but I'd like to have at least one even two more just so we know we have enough lighting for the screen.
We'll set it up Friday to test it out and everything. =3

Hmm not really good at counting coins/ cash. Kind of slow.

It will be okay to ask for help from a Host member or a non- Host ?

just somebody who is fast, quick and good at counting coins. x___x

And on the 1st Feb tick or cross the people who are coming/ not coming ??

And for the FF8 dance, when introducing it to everyone would anybody like to play the part of Rinoa or Squall ?

XD i'll get angie to help you with the money counting =) also i've already made a check list and all so you don't have to worry about any of that =)

also for the decoders, it's a big job but don't worry about anything, i've prepared everything already and it's all ready to print when numbers are confirmed =)
