Hi, I'm Darren. If you live in Wellington, you may have seen me wondering the streets dressed as a buzzy bee. :-P

If there are people around who want to talk about making costumes, and manga and anime, well that pretty much kicks ass.

Spose I should say a bit more about myself...

I love anime, I probably would love manga too if I could read or speak japanese. I did love reading the english version of Ghost In The Shell that's at the library, and a friend loaned me his copy of Akira (the twenty-something volume large format one) and that was excellent too...

My spare time is spent playing in a band, and I'm a vegetarian to go with my sagittarianism. If you're a fellow optimist, we'll be friends. If you're a pessimist, my blatant optimism will piss you off. thumbsup

Currently watching Elfen Lied, just watched Burst Angel and Darker Than Black which were both excellent. The version of Elfen Lied I have is dubbed in English which SUCKS!!!!!!!! So I will get to wasting work bandwidth leeching torrentz soon-ish.

Oh yeah, I work as a programmer for a design company, building websites. It rules.
