It's almost the day for the Ouran Host Club St Valentines Day Cosplay Formal Dinner~!!! Hope you all have your partners and cosplays ready!! The Ouran Host Club will welcome you with the highest standard of service for our customers to relax and have a great tme! Be sure to let us know whether or not you can attend this dinner by Saturday 31st January 2009

~:: What We're Doing ::~

1) Picnic in the gardens in the afternoon for a picnic and photoshoot
>What to bring: Picnic food, Picnic blanket to sit on =)

2) In the evening, a formal dinner at a hired hall
>What to bring: Money, and lots of love =) (may cost more than previous gatherings due to the theme hope you all don't mind =( )

During Entree and the Main Course we will be teaching a dance!

~:: Competition ::~

There will be a skit competition on the night! There will also be competition for "Best Dressed Female", "Best Dressed Male" and chuu~!

"Best Couple" chuu~!

! The skits wil be judged by people I will choose on the night! The Other three competition will be done in vote form, where there will be three boxes and bits of paper for people to vote for who they think is the best!!

Skit competition entries are due in by Saturday 31st January 2009! Please, we need more people to join!!

haha X3 currently i'm thinking

1) A picnic at the gardens with photoshoots (i mean what gets more romantic than photo shoots by nature? X3)

OR

2) Hire a hall, decorate it completely and have a sort of a formal dinner game kinda thing. i'll explain it to you better if you're interested =) and also have various games and things X3

That would be awesome..

Maybe a Cosplay Valentines dance where couples can dance, and singles could meet ?
That would be very romantic ** dreamy sigh ** ~~

(spends the rest of the hours daydreaming )

Though the Cosplay Ball was almost a fail and got changed to cosplay party to heat up poplaurity..

I like Mefu's idea of having the garden bit during the day, then having the hall at night.
I will still be on holidays then, so I will be more than happy to help with decorating and organising stuff?

X3 yeah that would be awesome firecat!! if you'll do that =D. the thing is i wanna do it real grand XD!! the gardens provided that it's warm and sunny X3! and picnic so get everyone to bring somethng picnic like =) and at night, jus some money for food and hall hire? how does that sound?

...well maybe not that extreme... things never work out in your mind as they do in real life...

lol that sounds awesome. i was thinking some of us can cosplay people from ouran high school host club - with the valentine theme or something fancy as waiters and stuff for the dinner X3 what do you think? and of course we'll need lots of candles, pink/red roses, ribbons, tablecloth, fold out tables, seats, etc =D

Millions of candles! For the roses we could use the dollar store ones they have since the real ones are so expensive?

hehe yup!! MILLIONS!!!!! yes! the $2 shop have roses that seriously look quite realistic! i did the dinner game for my cousin's birthday this year and the roses make the whole formal theme look so grand. organisers won't be able to play the dinner game so if you decide that you wanna help with waitering then i'll pm the details of the game to you =) that goes for all of you X3

autumn!! i'm missing you!! ;__; i was thinking we shouldn't have it ON valentines day cos some people might want to have that day to themselves? X3 angie you're an angel it'd be great if you can help. Also my friend offered to cook for us. she's a beautiful cook. she makes GREAT food X3. We need to hire a hall and also get food @@ so it'll be quite a bit of money >.< i'm brooke my friend offered to pay for the food but we'll need to include that into the little fee that people will have to pay =3 i'm a broke high school student lol.

X3 angie you have to read it~~!!! and tell me who you wanna cosplay as X3 kay? XD also firecat as well. =D and soph, if we have it after you come back u wanna help as well?
