Dragonball: Evolution Trailer

I find it amusing that they failed on the very first thing. Goku should be a kid, not an adult, if it covers the first saga of Dragonball.

I've also heard the script's been rewritten to sound like a very cliche, lame Final Fantasy. Chosen one destined to come forward and rid evil. Replace crystals with dragonballs.

Sigh.

I understand it would be pretty boring if they had stuck to every little detail of the paper, most of us would know what would be happening every second. And they just might pull off a Transformers on us. But I'm not holding my breath after seeing the trailers. The character designs are made of fail. The action looks to be made of fail. And it just feels very, very budget overall.

uhgg ummm the movie stunk.

Chow yun fat was the best thing though lol. Before going tot he "Final Battle" he says the most epic thing of all time :) *Not saying :p*

But everything else was like a mixture of Hannah Montana, Handy Manny, Star Wars Clone wars and Karate Kid put together. (I know of those because of Demanding Niece. 3 years old and shes 3'4 lmfao)

Dont pay to see the film. Unless you feel like going back to Pre-school and gossip about how awesome the quotes were.

Ahhh but Chichi stole mi heart <3.

I didn't mind the movie. It had some good bits, and some lame parts..
I didn't bother comparing it to the true Dragonball much, so it didn't really bother me.
The final battle was a tad gay though.
And they modified the kamehameha -______-

The movie was lame, as was said above the changed the kamehameha so it was lame, Goku was lame, well don't pay for it, thats all I'm going to say, the internet is your friend and many online anime streaming sites have the movie on them so save money and utilise the internet

At first, my friend paid for the movie, so I was like "Awesome dude! You're awesome! I luff you man!"

During the movie, I started to cry, I poured my eyes out and asked my friend why he would subject me to such torture and pain and that I thought he was my friend.

After the movie, I no longer had a friend.... or a ride home...

Now that I sit here and type randomly at my keyboard, all I can say about the movie is....

Kamehamehahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

(It should win comedy of the year) ;)

The movie was...interesting
I dont quite know if it was awesome or lame it certainly had aspects of both
If i completely disregard ever having grown up with the dragonball sagas then it would quite awesome but overall im glad i didnt pay to see it cos it wasnt as awesome as it could have been, definately a DVD movie

The audience (including me) laughed the whole way through. It could have been a spoof if the acting was any worse. Basically, it was entertaining, but for all the wrong reasons.

Ah yes the whole theatre was nearly in tears with ridiculous laughter, the even worse thing was that there were small children who yelled it out as well...

can i just say that the inner geek in me would have killed me if i didn't go see the Dragonball evolution movie whee

i knew it was going to be bad. i mean come on its DBZ !! its just something you cant do in real life. i mean at a satisfactory level. as a true DBZ i found it hard to watch - the actor playing goku i felt didnt do the character justice he wasn't really....uhmm goofy enough lol.
sigh

and i thought the final action scene, was way to short and not epic enough stare

cause there was all that build up and 'blonk' nothing, it was over i felt let down gonk

but my final conclusion was that this was definitely a movie for the non-fans...i think they were just trying to create a re-interest for DragonBall and the DBZ franchise etc..makes sense.
