Anime and how much you own!

This means how much have you bought and own, not downloaded? Because there are allot of people who just down load claiming to own anime, what do ya really have?

I have a fair few, rounding out to about 500 - 600 dvds, ranging from DBZ to things like Gundam and Midori Days and such, theres allot more but I wont go on unless asked =D

Wow, and I thought my collection was big. I kinda had to stop buying so many DVDs because I was running out of room on my shelf to store them and my room did not have enough space to merit getting another bookcase.

I have.... *counts* 187 Anime DVDs.... well 186, but that will be 187 once I buy volume 1 of Code Geass which I have on order.

Wow, looking at that I noticed how many I own out of them, unfortunately I have yet to aquire a digi cam DX Hopefully someone will get me one for my 21st in 12 days -fingers crossed-

Own anime?

Pffffff.

I own four Ghibli movies. That's the extent of my bought anime.
Oh, and most of the Bleach anime that I bought in China for about $10.

(My total anime collection comprises of that plus six seasons of anime. ^^; I'm not big on anime.)

(My total manga collection however... is about 20-25 complete/almost complete series. All downloaded via that wonderful gift known as the interwebz. *thinks* that's... 400+ volumes of manga, maybe...?)

I've got 128 DVDs, but I started to limit my buy on dvds cause I don't rewatch them as much as I reread the manga vols.(rather just pick up and flip through instead of taking it out of the case putting it in the dvd player etc etc) So I started collecting more manga than dvds, theres about 85 vols of it. and only four series are complete lol

Since I'm stingy and only buy anime at armageddon I don't have that much... -goes and counts- 36 dvds.
Manga... I have 19 series totalling in 79 volumes. I prefer buying manga to anime. Not such a huge dent in the bank. Razz

I haven't bought many DVDs in AGES. I download now xD.

And I'd rather spend money on manga (almost at volume 200 :>)

i mostly borrow anime from my friends but i own roughly 30 or so anime dvds. i just went and bought all the ghost in the shell dvds in stock at borders, except the individual eleven movie so that's upped my collection a bit, plus some hellsing and bleach. i love the shortlist email, it helps my money stretch further and my total collection of dvd's would have to be around 60 if you included all my scifi and war films. so it pales in comparison to most others.

i also get the odd manga title, whenever there are discounts. just got ghost in the shell 1.5 human error processor. though i do most of my manga reading from online sources or from the library. only titles i really want that i can't get from the library or that i loved so much i wanted to own it end up being bought. so my manga collection is rather small (10 or so)

It's ruined my christmas. I mean, sure my cell phone,ipod, camera, money, make up, other valueble possessions where in the bag, BUT THE ANIME? WHY?

Phone... not so much. It was my mum's and a pretty crappy one so i'm not attatched to it =P
