*shrugs* Just pay the $10. It's a one-time fee, and if you ever sell anything it means you've already got 'money in the bank' to pay for listing fees and such. That way, you don't have to wait for the payment to go through before you can sell whatever.

Or you could just make your own? I used to scab off my dad's account, but things are a HELL of a lot easier when you have your own.
