That's a completely unhelpful question dude. For starters - which one? Cloud's is different in FF, AC and KH. Or do you mean Zac's, coz I imagine it looked a bit different when Zac had it.
Or do you mean "7 peices" as in that epic monstrosity in AC - coz that's all of his FFVII swords kinda combined into one sword and I'm not convinced it's physically possible Very Happy
How to make it? Do you mean - design? material? technique? decoration? reducing weight? making it look pretty? trying to make them fit together?

Details dude!

Lol well there are some guys who managed 4 and 5.
Making 7 would be legendary :)!

and yes, the monstrousity from AC. It just looks cooler compared to the one giant blade.

I sometimes think metal would be easier for props. My parents would let me build a forge if I asked (especially if Mum could use it as a pizza oven when I'm not using it...). But alas, 'Geddon frowns on them (if not outright banning them, depends who you ask!)

If you want to fit all 7 into one sword ... I'll call the nut-house and tell them you're on your way Very Happy It will drive you insane. Start with hardcore designing, if you foul up one moving part it could ruin the entire thing. CAD if you've got it. Think hard about material. That size thing in paper mache would be very heavy, coz you couldn't make it hollow... some kind of very stiff plastic? Because you need several long thin things.

It's possible to make a seven blade Cloud's AC sword (which is called the First Tsurigi) although it would be incridibly hard, they do all fit together in it and everything, but a five blade one is MUCH easier and takes A LOT less time to make, or so I'm told.

I have no clue how to make it though. Sorry.

And getting the right material for it would be VERY important so as not to make it too flimsy or too heavy.

Lol i have some ideas on how to make it :)

I'll use Ply for the blades and somehow try to fit them on a handle.

It doesnt look impossible. Just gotta make the fittings and thats usually the easiest part. Well it was in shop.

Check out the irish guys on youtube who make real metal weapons.

They have a very heavy Buster sword
And a 8ft long Masamune.

We have a forge at home. I would NOT want to eat any pizza cooked on it :)

Ironic that you try and dodge the word filter on a word that's not censored. XP Please keep in mind for future reference though that it *is* against the forum rules to intentionally defy the word filters - stuff like this isn't a big deal, but if you use it on one of the really really nasty words, then you will get a slap on the wrist. :)
