Cosplay photo locations

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right thread/forum group.

But wondering if anyone can share some cool locations to set up some cos play photoshoots? Maybe something a little private or something with a cool background?

Urban/industrial etc? anyone know any cool places?

I'd say that any of the beaches here in NZ would be a nice place to do a photoshoot if the characters you are cosplaying as belongs an island like eg. Kingdom Hearts ! Very Happy

A nice beach I could think of is pretty much Goat Island .w.
OH and maybe Hamilton Gardens ? The gardens they have are beautiful! and there are so many different types you could choose from ^.^

I literally just posted this in another really old forum, but wait I will copy and paste and delete the other one. :L

The old Auckland Train Station's foyer is beautiful to take photos in. The floor is marble, and the ceiling and walls are gorgeous too! It was opened in the 1930s, so it's got a pretty historical setting to it. I'm sure you don't have to ask the owners for permission since I think it's open to the public. (Unless you actually walk into the reception room and want to take photos in there.)
It doesn't really come up on google, but It's somewhere around the Vector Arena. Seriously, From what I remember, It's beautiful.

In West Auckland we have a place that is designed to look like a Japanese Garden. (It's literally called Japanese Gardens hahaha.) It's actually really peaceful, and depending on the areas you are taking your photos in, the light can hit really nicely. (-: It's quite big, so you have a lot of space to roam around taking cute photos~

Then there's always the Viaduct! But, I suppose you should only take photos if you don't mind people giving you funny looks, hehehe. d: Very Happy

Hamilton Gardens for sure! I shot a few cosplayers from Hammygeddon this year there. It's great because there are gardens styled for different countries there so give it a shot!
