Auckland Cosplay Picnic
ACP

We're open to suggestions on how to improve the Auckland cosplay picnic~
So if you have any ideas, post them here & we'll see if it's possible to incorporate them.

Planning has started~ So we have alot of the basics already set out... So just general ideas, anyone? :3
Anyone else excited? 8D

Basic information;
24th of January, Auckland Domain.
11am->4pm.
Food, photoshoots & games~

sorry spam ... ... ... and lol i just spent the night playing kingdom hearts and got told of by my brothers girlfriend to go to sleep ... which i did because she's scary when shes angry ... told me to sleep politely but could tell she was pissed == ... and i juist woke up 8D

BERRYS IDEAS!!!
1-you guys need to set a full out mega-planed time table and stick to it no matter what. thats one of the only places i saw that we went wronge last time.

2-also someone should take coolers to put the food in so yah dont have ants and crap eating the food before you guys XD...

3-pack up right after everyone has eaten then yous can leave as a group to take photos & with the coolers you can pull the food out again when yous get back for another snack b4 the games or what ever...
CAR needed to keep food things in XD

4-also cos i dont know where els to put it, devide the games between you guys to take streas off everyone/one person... as in for organiseing

Me and my camera will hopefully be there~
I'll put in the date at work... I normally only work nights, so I should be fine.

I wasn't there this year haha so I don't know how to improve it =DD

The only suggestion I have is to maybe organise the food somehow, so we don't end up with a BIIIIG amount of leftover food like last time. Maybe assign/people volunteer themselves to bring food?

We were thinking of possibly doing a food wishlist this time - so, making up a list of things we wish for people to bring, and then people volunteer to bring one of those specific items? That way we avoid the nothing-but-sugary-food issue as well. o_O What do you think of that?

depending on what day im working during the work i could prolly wrangle us some free bread =D though i usually only take savouries but i could bring the sweets as well =3

Good idea, better than people just randomly volunteering stuff. Different categories would help the sugary issue, too.
