Who is the best villian from final fantasy

Hey, I've commented so much on this thread, but I haven't actually said who I think is the best Final Fantasy villian. FAIL~ OTP

Well, I'll have to go off and think about it now.....*scratches beard*
I've only played I, IV, VII (Dirge, and Crisis Core), VIII partially, X, X-2, and Tactics A2.

Well you've not played FF6 and FF9 which had Final Fantasy's most evil villain and most poetic respectively. I feel that I should play FF9 again for the story, it's been so long since I actually played it. Actually after Dissidia, I've been kinda wanting to play all the FFs again.
