Attention people!

Just clarifying with whoever still wants to be a volunteer at the Dunedin Events, I'll just need a confirmation from you and updated contact details if you have changed them in any way.

The actual volunteer work at the event just involves arriving about 2 hours early to help set up the booths at the event, although I have been told they might one someone to man a booth as well.

Just posting details Bill emailed for whoever is still keen to help:

Hey all

This is a general email to the volunteers for the Armageddon Dunedin anime, held next weekend on Saturday March 21st at the Glenroy Auditorium.

We appreciate your support for this and any help that you can give us for this first time event is greatly appreciated.

We will begin set up at 7am Saturday, as we need to help MADMAN setup, as they are bringing a number of products to sell, if possible, if you could be at the venue then. (although this is not expected it would really help)

Doors will open to the public at 9.30am, with the event running until 5pm,

We plan to keep screening stuff in the auditorium until 6pm, but need to be out of the venue no later than 6.30pm.

Once again, your help with packing up Madman would be great.

We WILL be providing you lunch for your help, and maybe some other stuff.

Please email me with any questions, otherwise we will see you there

Yes, I am still needing help, as my 2 flatmates have pulled out from showing up completely due to one of them having their 18th birthday the night before and will therefore be too wasted to show up.
