and thats okay about the room, we will keep our old room but downgrade to a 4 bedroom yusyus

ok we have 2 options

1. we get the 20 bed dorm and share it with strangers, costs NZD 22 each

Fri: 12 people (8 strangers)
Sat: 17 people (3 strangers)
Sun: 11 people (9 strangers)

or we can go with what jp suggested before and foot in for the extra beds

so that would make it an extra

Fri: NZD 14.67 each
Sat: NZD 2.44 each
Sun: NZD 18 each

2. we get 6 bed dorms and split us up, costs NZD 25 each

Fri: 2 x 6 bed dorms
Sat: 3 x 6 bed dorms
Sun: 2 x 6 bed dorms

@Kelchup: you could come in with us on Sunday

and if 1 of you doesn't mind sharing a bed or the floor (i mean we can all draw straws or play a game or something for beds XD) then Saturday as well I think

that way on Saturday when we have the whole group we won't get complaints from strangers in the room?

and we still need to discuss a check in time, someone who is over 18 years has to check in with ID otherwise everyone can wait till get down from Auckland at about 9pm latest (im sure they have baggage storage areas so you other early peoples can go bum off somewhere)

I know my friends are keen to stay with the cosplayers!
Me and grace wouldn't mind sharing a bed if you are doing the 20 dorm one!
That makes it cheaper for all anyway

So we have 4 people on sat (but only 3 beds haha) and 3 on sun if that is okay with you

NEW ground rules: no excessive drinking, no forcing underaged people to drink excessive amounts (that means not more than 2), no drugs, no sex ... yeah
