Would be nicer if there was input from the masses of what colours they'd like to see, what themes/styles they'd like to see, what sort of imagery, and all that jazz. Easier to appeal to everybody that way and you get the job done in one (or two) go. >_>;

@Kei: yes, the anti-aliasing bugs me too. >< Banner change would come with the new visuals~ If you want to put in input, just yell it out. :) edited first post to encourage people to suggest things.

Yes it would just be visual changes.

Last couple of layout changes were short living, and in about March or april this year. There was one that was like... Bright orange, and another that was purple and lime green and orange. *pulls face* As long as it's only visual changes, and everything's still in the same place, I don't mind a change (as long as we get to see a preview to agree to first >w< )

...though having said that, I'm glad it's amusing other people as well XP good to know we're useful, lol!

Also, I volunteer my services as photoshop betch for the business cards once a logo is sorted. Why are we having business cards again...?

Right, I'm thinking of designing a layout based on this one: http://www.phpbb.com/styles/demo/3.0/?sid=5f49263f5c7dc1b0faa0f9e92a8a52e2

Obviously the top "phpBB" banner that goes across the whole width of the page won't be there, we'll just have the rounded corner rectangle bit.

The banner needs to be changed as well & the tags at the top will also need to be changed to fit our links.

SO. Is everyone happy with this general idea? And does anyone have any suggestion for a banner and colour scheme so I can go implement changes & get approval from you again? 8D;

Can we also change our forum URL so that it's either forums.cosplay.co.nz or www.cosplay.co.nz/forums? I'm not sure if this option is available, but if it is what are your thoughts on it?

The stuff at the top is laid out differently but that's about it. I like blue as a colour scheme! :3 That layout thing looks fine to me - can I suggest that the same 'logo' is used though - the CNZ: Cosplay New Zealand one? The font is just Anime Ace, and can be fiddled with easily enough. n_n

There is a way to change our url to the cosplay.co.nz domain name (I like forum.cosplay.co.nz, but you have to do it through Alex's account...
