Oh yes, Ciel and Sebby are back with a vengeance! Fighting supernatural crime, and taking numbers.
There were a few things kind of off about this episode.
1) At the beginning, when Ciel said that they were headed to London to investigate, and how he didnt want Madame Red, involved... the smirk that Sebby gave was priceless.
2) How Ciel didn't recognize Grelle, and Grelle acted strangely.
3) At the end Grelle takes a photo and says he'll give it to Will.

We can surmise that either,
A) this episode takes place somewhere in the middle of the Season 1 timeline, when Ciel hasnt met Grelle.
Or, which I think is more likely,
B) Sebby has wiped Ciel's memory, which is why Ciel cant remember Grelle, and cant remember that Madame Red is dead, and he doesnt know who Will is. In fact, just because Grelle mentions Will, that would show that the events in season 1 have come to pass, thus discrediting (A).

Okay, and taking a huge jump here, using all the episodes from season 2
if Alois is the Spider referred to in the Queen's Letter, then...
(jumping back to episode 1 of this season) Alois has the "tea" that Sebby badly wants, to use on/with Ciel. However he cant get it on his own, so, he awakens Ciel and wipes his memory,as if everything is same old same old, like in episode 2, with the hunt for the white stag. Then he sets up this whole situation in episode 3 (maybe even forging the Queens letter, so that it refer's to the Spider) just so Ciel has a mystery to solve, i.e. can go after Alois, and that in turn would help Sebby get what he wants.
Long shot I know... but it will be interesting to see how things pan out.

Final point to ponder. If this Season 2 does occur chronologically, then London has been rebuilt from the Great Fire of last season's climax. In which case, I wonder how long Ciel was in Sebby's suitcase, for that amount of repair to happen?

That whole episode was just fanservice, between and for everyone. It was glorious and I hope they can keep it up without it getting too OTT.

I was a bit disappointed that Sebastian and Ceil's lips didn't touch before he realised but I'm not complaining.

Also, wet butlers are hot, they should make a habit of ending up in lakes more often.

Do you think he's actually dead, or will we see more of him? I think maybe we'll see him in soul form, since Claude took off with the ring, so maybe he's ended up like Ciel was at the start of the season. But then, hanna was doing something funny to the body... She seemed to be a demon too with those eyes. What's up with all the trancy servants anyway? Are they all demons? Are the other four demon-servants of Claude? Or did the animators just think it would be cool for everyone's eyes to glow demon purple/red periodically to up the amount of fanservice?
Somehow I bet it'll be the last one....

I really hope she was forming a contract because that would mean we get to see more of Alios, I was getting really rather attached to him! More Alios is always welcome. But I guess, depending on how long this series is actually going to be, Alios dying could signal that the end is nigh, since some people think it's going to be 12/13 eps. I really hope it's longer, it's been sooo good so far:imhappyplz:

Expected Claude dying, expecting Alois & Hannah dying, didn't really expect Alois' Jim Macken's contract. Thought it would be something like "I wish Claude to acknowledge me". He seems a lonely boy :/

I... Well, mainly I feel pretty sorry for Sebastian xD I mean, now he's a demon... contracted to another demon. FOREVA. D;

Calming down now... The second season was a bit all over the place, but I really enjoyed it. Though a lot of it was just faaaanservice~ As far as second seasons go, it actually wasn't too bad.

And, I admit it. I bawwed. ;D

I bawwed like a little baby at the end. I feel really sorry for Sebastian, he went through all that and now has to serve Ciel forever. He looked really disappointed. Hopefully the manga decides to be nice to Sebastian in the end. I wasn't really expecting Ciel to become a demon, though. And what was with the whole Sebastian pretending to pour Ciel tea thing? It was pretty good for a second season overall, but the end makes me rage silently.

I think the whole 'pretending to pour tea' thing, is because now that Ciel is a demon, he doesn't care for food/drinks. He eats souls...So he doesn't really want/need any I guess :/

For some reason, I didn't cry, IDK, I guess I should have. But I kinda laughed >____>;; //feels bad.
I love Sebby and all...But for some reason I just found it funny that now he has to serve Ciel forever...

Man, the ending was soo awesome. I love Hannah even thought most people dislike her, it was beautiful when she dies with Claude.... But the end with the Flowers and the 'Yes my Lord-o'
was fantastic... too bad Sebastian didn't get to eat Ciel's soul the ending that would have been the most awesome-est thing ever and the most scariest thing, would have been the card, that showed Ciel had died

though Sebastian looked a little disappointed, and you guys say you feel sorry for him, idk to me wouldn't that be a good thing to continue serving Ciel?
Maybe I just ship SebbyxCiel just a bit much, but I would just be so sad if Sebastian does end up taking Ciel's soul.

but yea, hate against Hannah has calmed, and maybe even Alois was thinking that Ciel (or Sebastian) would want the contract to continue, even for forever.

and I'm sorry but Sebastian and Claude's fight was disappointing, could be cause of the ep's timing.
but I swear Claude's last words were "Macken's butler." ;A;
