| You mean like when the light hits it it's blue but your hair isn't actually blue? It does exist if thats what you're asking. |

| All I can think of is a tint, which is what Whirlgirl described. Is a picture example possible? |

| I knew someone who had hair like that.. with the blue tint. His sister was a hairdresser. You can buy the dye or get it done at a hairdresser.
I'd advise you to talk to a hairdresser about it first.. they should know the prices and can be of a lot of help in deciding. Then you can look around at other prices and make a decision based on that. Who knows maybe you might even go back to that hairdresser. |

| If you wanted a blue aura of hair, your could just dye the top layer of hair, and then hair-spray up that top layer. Similar sort of technique to streaks, which I've never managed on myself but are easy enough on another person. Depends what colour your hair is now how well just dying it blue will work though - if it's blonde you're away laughing. |

| Then it depends on the blue Bright blue, if you're going to be in good light might work out ok. Or bleach the bits first. But in that case make sure you've got someone who knows what they're doing. If you screw up dye, you can always just dye over it, but if you screw up bleach all sorts of nasty stuff can result. Including, if Sitcoms are to be beleived, baldness. |
