DGM cosplay for me! >w<

Hey guys~
I'm thinking of doing a DGM character cosplay for Christmas party!!
So some suggestions as to who should I do? And tips? (I'm a noob with no skills what-so-ever at sewing etc)
Ooo~~ also good pictures of the character would be most welcome ^^
Currently I have Road in mind
Oh yes because I'm quite short so need a suitable character >.<

uh..well, i'm really noob with sewing too, but but, there's always the cosplays they sell online that have different angled views you can look at.

and you can always ask our auckgeddon DGM group for help on patterns and stuff Very Happy

I've think I've still got my newspaper pattern somewhere of my Komui coat if you need it =v=

My friend dressed as Road for Halloween yesterday :>
However, I forgot my camera Dx.

Short characters = Allen, and I'm sure you could get away with Kanda or Lavi xD.

But to Road! Road is cool! I love her <3.

So Auckland had a DGM group?? *runs off to look and get help*
and Thank you but I think Komui might just be a bit too tall for me lol I'm like really short Q.Q

I love Road too!!! >w< She is so adorable.
Lavi would be fun to do, esp his hair! Kanda.... hehe I'll never be able to pull off Kanda's cool attitude lol
As for Allen guess I'll need to find a long white wig!

lol you know I was goggling Road's images and I found that her outfit is actually quite similar to MisaMisa's from Death Note!

Any ideas as to where I can get a pink umbrella and a small pumpkin for Rero? Rero=Road's plaything

I was probably the tallest and i cosplayed Lenalee 8D xDD

HEIGHT DOES NOT MATTER >D xDD

our DGM group was out of proportion but still WE WERE EPIC 8DxD

and do not be deceived by my dp! xDD i was bending my knees in the pic xD im half a head taller than Allen OTLL

The warehouse= where i got my head for Rero... but i was lucky to have found it, UHH took me like 2 hours just to find one in there and with Halloween being over there might not be any left...

as for the pink umbrella yeah i couldn't find one so just painted one XD XD and thats why he was red by the end of the day

Ahh!! You are lucky to be so tall!! I totally wish that I can at least grow another 5cm!! It's so hard having to crane your neck to look at all the others

that was exactly what i was thinking....5cm taller....OTL I swear Monday was the only time ever in my entire life that i thought i was too short........

but yea, height is not a problem lol, it just means finding someone even shorter to cosplay with you -v-

Hmm... I was thinking, you know those cross-thinging marks on the Noah's forehead. What would you use to draw them on?

i used face paint but then i was stupid and painted my face gray <<... so just markers of sum sort should do yah

I was thinking of using markers too but I thought that it'll be hard to wash off which would mean that I'll be in big trouble!
But face paint does sound do-able, where would you get those? I don't suppose normal paint will work...

i figured the tiny sponge brush thing in the liquid eyeliner could be useful.

i guess waterproof is the best, but there's always that cheap stuff from the $2 shop.

dragging the whole set of KHR DGM Hellsing and Trinity blood back along with a whole sack of Anime DVDs and Soundtracks with posters and an entire set of Copics across the pacific is totally worth it.
