Looking for a flat in Dunedin Central

Ok, there's probably very little point in advertising here, but I figure I need to use all my resources. Is there any one here in Dunedin that's willing to free up some accommodation for my Mum and I from the 5th of December. We're currently looking for a flat to stay in next year starting from the 5th of January. However due to our selling of our house, we're moving out on the 5th of December and are therefore homeless until Christmas which is when we go on holiday and come back at the 5th of Jan where we'll hopefully be situated in a new flat (or in my case a temporary place until I move to seraphik's place).

So if anyone is available to provide board from 5th of December until we find a flat for next year could they please contact me over PM or MSN.
