Umm well I just used a straightner to make it flick out ^^
It does actually flick out naturally, but it's too pouffy unless I straighten it haha.

And um, since it's supposed to rain, I think we should come up with a place to hang which is dry... A major problem in Auckland right now. Any ideas? I'll try and walk around tonight to see if I can find anywhere.

I has bought a gun. :) Picking up an airsoft (bb) gun on Friday when I head down to Auck. Also stopping by to visit the grandparents today. My fathers father is a gun club member and has a shoulder harness, so I'm going to see if it fits and try to pinch it for armageddon. :)

Also doing the hair dying thing this evening when I get back, hadn't got round to the allergy test, so just fingers crossed there's no problems. :/

If you know the brand/model of battery your camera needs you can try http://www.pricespy.co.nz - they have a search function which lets you find out who sells the product you want for the cheapest - I think they do batteries...
