Wikipedia, which got it from Reborn! Info books, and the info originated in the manga when Haru did her weird special interviews at the beginning. I only remember Yamamotos one because it had a picture of Yamamoto's dad with Yamamoto smiling in the background going out to baseball practice with a piece of sushi in one hand xD
