O3o;;.. yes i hated the guy who played Light.. and i also hated the person who rescripted it... =3=... Light was suppose to be smart and evil.. in the movie they only made him evil... -__-...
and the plot was horribly done...

the second movie had a MAjor MAjor flaw in the ending... =3= the scriptors tried to be smart and Failed so horribly.. =3=.. backfired...

I thought they were good. They took the concept of the manga and changed it a little. I love the actor who play Light. imo he was awesome, although what they did with his character sucked me of energy me off, they made him have more feelings than he should have had (Shiori should not have been in it).
I'm iffy on the L actor, there are times when I like him, and there are times when I hate him. I haven't decided which way I'm going though.
Misa wasn't nearly as gothic as i was hoping for.

but I found out yesterday that the guy who directed the Japaneses ring movies does the directing for the L movie. (then again he also directed THE ring 2...) So it's either going to be insaely awesome. Or the worst movie ever.

I liked the movies ... but then I'm generally biased cause anything death note releated I love xD'
though I agree with what Ryan said.
When I heard they were making live action movies my first thought was "oh no... Ryuk... how are they gonna pull him off." They did pretty damn well ^^

but has anyone seen this movie yet?
theres a rumour going around saying Near is in it o__O

I have the DVD rip of it if you want it.
Assuming you still haven't seen it.
And also, part of the reason they changed the ending so that they could make the L spinoff.
So yeah, don't hate them because they are different.
We get more L thanks to the change ^-^

Oh nono, I don't hate them cause their different, lol I love the movies, and I loved this third one as well! Wow, I was impressed, its nothing like what people had predicted it to be lmao~
Its just as intelligent, unique and filled with heaps of twists like the rest, including the BB murder case heheh.
